G-Lock Easy Mail - great customer service

The program we use for sending out our free weekly Winning at Work email is called G-Lock Easy Mail. Last week, we had an issue trying to reinstall it. The response to the email was fast and resolved the issue instantly. Most impressive, however, was that the email we received was done by a human - not an automated reply or cut-and-paste response. There are a lot of other email programs out there, but none that support their product this well!
