A Customer Service WOW experience in Brooklin

Driving through the huge metropolis of Brooklin Ontario, I stopped to fill up at the Shell station. To my (pleasant) surprise, no sooner did I walk in the door than the man behind the counter greeted me with an effusive hello. He was cheerful, pleasant, and seemed genuinely appreciative that I had stopped in. I’m not sure I have ever had such a warm experience in a gas station before. That Shell has become my new favourite place to fill up!
